I always turn off Astral music. Didn't like it in CS1, though I would've liked to use it in Extend if the sample of Shinsou they used wasn't fucked up.

Not gonna lie, seeing Eddie fighting in his true shadow form would be pretty interesting, but ir's not going to happen, at least with this game, for the sake of playstyle legacy. He is the progenitor of the "puppet" character concept, after all, and it would be a real kick in the nuts to Eddie players everywhere to throw away everything that makes him...well, Eddie.

The only thing I hate about SC5 is the online community that isn't affiliated with 8WayRun or any other competitive fighting game site. They're all a bunch of casual-ass scrubs who make dumb rooms with retarded rules like "NO BLOCKING/SPAMMING/THROWING/RINGOUTS/PLEASELETMEWINBECAUSEMYEGOISASSMALLASMYDICK" or "CAS/MICS ONLY BECAUSE I HAVE NO FRIENDS AND FUCK THE REGULAR CHARACTERS LET'S PLAY WITH ORIGINAL DEVIANTART CREATION DO NOT STEAL". They ragequit like crazy when you actually use PROPER tactics on them, and if it's a Player Match, you WILL be kicked afterwards. Fuckin' A.

World Tekken Federation apparently ceasing functionality on September 1. Still unknown how this will impact online play. Also, apparently a recent tweet from Harada stated he would be interested in adding new costumes/customizations to this game.

Personally, at least for now, I'm glad that there's no Force Breaks or Slashbacks. EX moves and extremely strict Parries that nobody ever uses just doesn't seem to fit Guilty Gear IMO.

So PSN is getting it sometime in August, while XBLA might have to wait a little longer.

Not sure if this is just me but I'm noticing some slight differences with these character models compared to before. -Sol's upper torso looks a bit slimmer. -Ky's ponytail appears to be gone.

You forgot Algol, Amy, and Kilik. Algol had derp juggles, as well as infinites before the game got patched. Kilik had Asura Dance. Amy is the epitome of bullshit and, to me, showed how low SC had fallen over the years. Her hitbox was too goddamn small, her attacks had stupid priority and came out faster than anyone else's, and her moveset was fucking ridiculous and looked like anime fencing.

Unfortunately, Episode 10 is the XBlaze special, so the Kagura episode is lost forever until they manage to get Keiji Fujiwara back.

The game was perfectly balanced. By making everybody broken in their own way.
