I think that ibuki will fit you playstyle alot more than c.viper. she'll have better normals and a footsie game. She be very execution heavy and have a lot of options.Plus she a asian school girl c'mon. Also see when the game comes out if sakura dosen't suck her j.mk crosses up and has a better fireball. Her ultra II anti-air if you want it to and has crazy resets. I'm not sure about if you want to play that aggressive tho cuz sakura in sf4 is very rush-down but with the new option she might be able to zone more.
