It's Japanese program using Japanese coding, before u extract it, if u using windows OS go to Start->settings->control panel->regional and language option-> change everything to Japanese setting (install east Asian language) Chance if u using applocale >_> ...the applocale method also need east Asian language installed on your OS, the program only bypassing the system, so u don't need to change your pc setting(downloading only the applocale is pretty much useless without east asian language installed on your pc), what's important is those "installed East asian language" after that extract the game and run using .exe file don't run the shortcut one, it wouldn't work if u still got a problem when changing your regional setting, just feel free to stop by at my page again
