Yes there is a GG Bible. No I didn't start this forum, a guy by the name of Tragic did. I'm a longtime member. But I do plan on making a Canonical fact website eventually with Raging Tofu. I'm not sure what you mean by privileges as most moderators have those and you just need to contribute more I guess.
