Montreal: Le Thread Generale Pour Weeaboo Fighters
BladeOfJustice7 replied to BladeOfJustice7's topic in International
It would cost you too much money. And I'll be busy sadly, not even sure I can make it to foonzo tuesday from the way things look -
I'm usually dealing with pressure from run in grabs/6b typically in the corner which leads me into a CH state, because I can't really read what's coming. I feel like he has complete spacing control in this matchup and you have limited options both in the air and on the ground. Especially when he commits you to block in the corner with his jb shenanigans. Probably one of my worst matchups along with tager and tsubaki.

I think I've seen that in one of the videos posted. I THINK, so if you don't see it, don't come to slit my throat. PFARMY did it on a cpu litchi in one of the videos. You can see that in one of the videos as well. In a video against a valkenhayn, shippu came out fast enough that a hakumen was able to wake up and punish wolf form 5a. It was against a blue valkenhayn if I remember correctly. I you feel there should be one, message Spark (to get the consent for it) and make it. That's the procedure for many of the threads here.

Good defense doesn't mean you have to mash zanshin. But the closest person I can think of that does that is Film, but he plays fairly offensive and sometimes gets blown up for mashing zanshin. The best defensive play is Spark, and best offensive, I would say is Tenchi (or at least he's a hard hitter, no one combos like him). Though granted, neither Spark nor Tenchi mash counters.

lol lol -
With or without IB'ing the chain first? Because from what I remember, I've never seen ragna AA hazama after a follow up from his chain. However, that may be different if the chain is IB'ed, but I've rarely seen that. Though I don't doubt what you're saying, only the circumstances around it, I haven't seen anyone AA hazama's chain follow ups. If you could easily AA his follow ups the threat of his chains would be very minimal.

Gilbert, your Richard Rider v.s my Tony Stark. Are you placing him as your anchor? UPDATE: There's development finally going on with the MTLBlazblue poster, when I have a finishing or partially unfinished product I'll see if I can post it here to get your inputs. -
Double post (because I can) I'm going to hold out on putting the new CSEX videos until I get names of the players. But continue adding them in the thread. RTL, RYOKO WHERE ARE YOU GUYS?!!
-
No offense, but that's a given fact. I think they're just adjusting to the new AA, we've been without one for 2 games now. I assume as the game evolves we'll see more use of it. What?

Ok guys I've edited the first 2 posts. I have some requests to make since I'll still be the video thread guy of the hakumen community. 1. I'll be a lot more busy this semester, less so with my city's scene. And more with school, I'll be getting a lot of tests and quizzes, making it hard for me to maintain this thread. So I would like for people to post up videos more often for me to add to the first page. NO Nico videos, they're too problematic (and you can't scroll through the video until they've loaded). 2. I need someone to give me the names of the players, I don'y speak Japanese. So tl;dr I need help with adding videos and translating player names. Thanks.

I won't be there today. Probably tuesday and/or thursday. I try to be nice to people who rage quit and threaten my life online. What do you get, even more rage quitting and death threats. Fuck this shit I'm going back to being a dick. EDIT: But at least I found a solid Valkenhayn player from toronto. -
Why aren't hakumen players making use of 6a? Is there a reason behind it I'm unaware of?
-
Anyone wanna start helping me compile videos for ex? :3

I think I read somewhere that Spark said it's not really safe.

So much posts (not really) gonna tl;dr as usual until I'm not tire. Won't make it tomorrow, friend just got dumped. His soul is broken. Anyways, have fun and make sure to get some recording done. We haven't posted any videos in our channel in a while. -
With enough practice yes, try doing combos off of it. That way you'll get used to it.

What time is this happening? Lol thanks. We're still trying to expand the scene though. BTW we need someone or a few people to check for posts on our videos. The last guy who posted here also posted on our GET EXPOSED video, but since no one checks it no one responded to him. -
Thanks Spark for the title change Can it be installed on an android OS?

Ok thanks for clearing that up. I hate how Nico doesn't have tl;dw tech like youtube. I have to wait for it to buffer like it was 2005 to check for Hakumen matches in videos posted there that haven't been converted yet. -

Why Nick? -
Simple for someone who's good in math lol. I'm guessing you finished updating it? I haven't really checked the thread much, been flogged down with school. It just pushes him forward really fast, I imagine I'll be using this by accident or if I'm trolling... Am I the only found who found he played like ass for the most part of the matches? 2c>jb>j2a>AD>jb>j2a>jc is pretty sexy I won't lie. EDIT: Spark can you change the video thread name in the parentheses into [CS2/EX]? Thanks.

We all make occasional bad risk-reward assessment in our matches when it comes to cutting projectiles with what slash, both in the air and on the ground. Spike chaser, I tend to do my best to cut it, dodge it, and in the worst case scenario, counter it. I rather not lose my primers against her especially if I can avoid it. Even the best of us do that. Taking away the void is like going to steps back in terms of balancing hakumen. He needs as much tools to fight projectiles as possible. Taking it away would hurt him all around. Everyone remembers the "reward" for cutting projectiles back in CT *shivers*. Second post I've seen that has that today. What's tapatalk?
