The how do we go about getting that, we have Isuna as our Japanese Hakumen player. I already just simply added Chibaken's name to the top player's list. And mAc, you should've been more clear with regards to the ranking thing -__-

Lol this thread... @mAc, is this what you were referring to the other day? About compiling a list of strong players? @dioxide, I always found tenchi to be the Hakumen with swag combos and swag hit confirm. But then he stopped playing and chin took over that role in CSEX. Are any top Hakumen players on psn? Best way to check is to look at top hakumen psr's.

I guess I'm just some faggotry safe playing Hakumen :/ EDIT: It's because we haven't. I know he played CSEX on xbl (one of the top Hakumen psr's). but he had no offline matches. HOLY FUCK THIS GAME IS FAST, IT FEELS LIKE IT'S ON FASTWARD, WITH AFTER BEING LACED WITH SPEED.

You would have to be a mu12 expert like tectal or Spark to do that. Just block once you see lasers flying around you, getting CH off a laser only benefits him really.

That would be appreciated mAc, I limit how much Hakumen I watch so it doesn't mess me up in CSEX. I don't watch the matches really that I've added.

it would combo but it would prorate, I'm sure not sure if you'll be able to do a full off of it though. If you can 6d>yukikaze and it'll combo I don't see why you can't counter int eh middle of a combo.

Finally fixed this issue, a quotation mark was missing after the video link of the Hakumen mirror match. -__- Added the latest combo video, and added Chibaken's user name to the notable hakumen players for CP at the top of the thread.

It was just theory fighting on his part, it's not actually the case, or you would've noticed that by this point. There are so hybrid projectile attacks in the game taht yukikaze would be rendered complete useless. mAc, on top of that, you saw I posted videos of yukikaze cutting Ragna after his death spikes.

The move is already risky to use, at high level play it's not even used that much, and now you're making it even more unapplicable. SO someone just needs to constantly use projectiles to basically shut you down, hakumen's more difficult matchups are zoners. Now with yukikaze not working against projectiles they get free pressure on his since he can only counter their physical attacks. DO you remember when yukikaze couldn't counter lows back in CT? Because of that is was too risky to use, not being able to counter projectiles and everytime one hits you, it puts you into a CH state, would render the super obsolete, it's already hard to catch a zoner with it in the first place.

This is why I believe Hakumen is always at the cusp of being a broken character, this is why I felt he was so "incomplete" in CT, they were worried about him being too strong with all the tools they gave him. Unfortunately, those tools were only useful on paper, and obsolete in practical applications during high level play. When you really think about it, hakumen really doesn't need much to be flat out broken. I think this is why the first 3 iterations of the game they had a hard time balancing him, but now they've figured out the formula, as with most of the cast along with new cast members. Does anyone have the exact damage for OD sexykaze? Btw I'm not sure if this has been covered, but is kishin affected by Hakumen already having an increased meter gain at 35% health and lower?

You mean "doesn't work on projectiles" as in you can still move if you activate yukikaze? Or you mean "doesn't work on projectiles" as in like trying to counter an unblockable move? If you mean the latter that would be just plain stupid , not trying to be a dick, but it would be stupid. But some of the videos I posted seems to indicate yukikaze has gotten even better at punishing projectiles now, though I haven't seen any other projectiles activate it other than death spike.

neutral on block would be preferrable though. But I can see the direction they're heading with the game is very GG-esk, weaker defensive options and stronger offensive options for the cast members and a faster paced game.

Is there any purpose in doing so? Just wondering is all. EDIT: We don't know yet, but someone in the hakumen jbbs, according to Isuna, said minus. But it's just one person so take that with a grain of salt.
