All this unmapping D and what not lol, I just simply tell myself "you're mashing D too much, just block and punish". People need to realize that he's like every other character, he can still punish moves with his own specials/normals. Counters just allow him to punish things on reaction (like Ragna's death spike) that most characters cannot normally punish unless they have a really good read. CSEX/CP has so many tools to beat pressure, nvm they nerfed his counters again, he still has a lot of tools to punish unsafe moves and repetitious things from your opponent.

I won't lie, I never heard of ain when I was originally playing GG. Though I've been wtaching him a lot lately, and is pretty much THE Ky player for GGR. If you look at Ragna during the activation it took him time to recover and Hakumen was still moving.

Unblockables only apply to grounded opponents. If they're in the air unblockables due to any of the weak points won't work.

It would be too godly for Hakumen to be doing them. Ain is just REALLY good at spacing things, he's not a zoner.

That's a lie. Finally someone who realizes this. I main the 2 and I was turned off from jin because he plays NOTHING like ky. NO Jin is more rtsd oriented than Ky is, Ky is very spacing oriented. Ky isn't a zoner, yes he can zone, but he relies on spacing his normals and projectiles. Just as Hakumen is like an sf character, people have said the same about ky. they both rely on outplaying you opponent through good spacing, footsies, and reads and both have minimal mixup and very meter dependent for damage. You could say that as well.
