Yeah, well the items isn't a problem probably, well except for stuff like soul dew and what not... but there might either be an event or a RUBY AND SAPPHIRE REMAKE LULZ >.<
As for the pokemon, I don't think not being able to transfer them back might be much prob, maybe... I dunno lol.
