First, I look at any video to know where more or less I should do the FRC. Then I try doing it in training mode, and yeah I keep repeating and repeating it. Then I'll start doing it right sometimes, and by basing myself on those times, I try to get the timing clearer for me. When I do, it gets easier to FRC and the rest is just practice and muscular memory. Or you could just look at the sprite to know when to do it. Like May's SVD. Sometimes when I'm rusty and need to get the timing right, or when I feel uneasy, I just pay attention to when May hits the opponent and starts going up, because that's when you FRC. I used to do the same with Order-Sol's 214S, but that was somewhat harder to do using this method.
