Offtopic: Handheld consoles are consoles, they play games they go on the net, play music,videos and you can communicate with others...Plus they nowadays cost as much as a mainstream 6th-7th Generation console. It'd only be fitting to add them in the category. Ontopic: Does the fact that Platinum has good pokes, zoning capabilities, damn good mix-up, damage and a randomness factor make her the most balanced character on BBCSII?

Handheld console is still a console and it can be taken anywhere, but that's not the point.

Her Hammer loop works on everyone I believe. Give or take a few minor details. (only works in the corner and/or goes past 7k if you use 50% or get a CH. Start the combo with Mami Circular and RC it on hit near a corner, you'll get 7.4k off of Hammer Loop, you do it off of AA CH 2C, you'll be looking at 7.6-7.7k with Cure Dot Typhoon finisher.)
