Your playing a crappy character, The only way to be successful with someone low tier is to have a solid foundation within the game itself. When to poke, when to block, when to mix-up and when to just run away are good examples. Keep at it! All you need to work on is your basics, something SFII would be good for you although it's aboring game. =P
