Always wanted to learn Noel at her best since her pressure could be really unique with her loops if successfully pulled off. I was going to drop Rachel all together since her nerfs but it felt unusual to do so. Probably won't be till CS when I practice Noel. Almost interested in learning Tsubaki but dropped that idea long ago.
