I dont know who made it i found it floating around on the internet and i was like WHOAH THAT JUST SO HAPPENS TO BE THE 3 INITIALS OF MY PSN. and then i said WHOAH THAT JUST SO HAPPENS TO BE THE CHARACTER I PLAY IN BLAZBLUE.
