What are some combos/options that Carl has after a standing grab?

I have problems activating the 720. I've got the buffering down (I think) but the attack just isn't coming out. Does it matter which way I rotate the stick?

So basically Hakumen's Astral will go off if anything hits him during the start up? That's pretty badass.

Is it just me or what... because when Noel activates her special (the one with all the bullets, I dunno what it's called) and I use 5d and block the first bullet all of them seem to miss me even though a few still hit my body.

Sometimes when I activate her I can't make her attack at all. And when I can manage to get one attack the only other thing I can do is make her walk. Maybe I'm just sucking it up really badly... I do that. Then after that, do I have to press D+ a direction to make her attack again without turning her off? 'Cause if I press D that just shuts her off. That's what is troubling me.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before. I'm not sure how I can search all 73 pages of this at once. I'm having a hard time keeping Nirvana activated after one attack. I watched some of DIO's videos and its like Nirvana never deactivates and he can keep her going for as long as he pleases.

Is it possible to learn Carl with a controller? I currently don't have money for a stick. :S

I want to use V-13 because I like the way she looks but I don't think I could put up with the constant complaining about how cheap she is. ~_~ And I have an offtopic question: how do I watch the videos from nicovideo.jp?

I main Rachel because she's a loli vampire who uses traps. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!

Sorry for the dumb question but how do you do her Astral? I can't seem to pull it off...
