If they made silver iodide capable of raining meatballs out of the sky, it would solve our world's hunger problems within a week. Only it wouldn't, because we would all get tired of eating meatballs by the end of the week. Not to mention the incredible difficulty of refrigerating a lifetime supply of meatballs.
