Yeah, my place is available for some small crunch sessions pretty much any weekend this month. I can have 2 sets ups if someone brings a game. Also, I am planning on driving. Just trying to see if Abe and Tyler are going as well. See how much money I need to save in order to get there.

I need to start making plans for evo. Time to save some cash. Who else plans on going? I need to get some good practice in to work out the nerves.

Satoshi admits to picking the best characters of each game. I really don't care what people play. I just pick characters I enjoy. Sometimes they're good... most the time they're horrible. It's not so much about winning as it is having a very exciting match. Weak characters and bad match ups always give me a boner for some reason. Oh, and for what it's worth. I think you'll only be amazing when you commit to a character you truely like. That's why you get people like kuroda, rx, n-o, bleed, and other godlike sobs

Guys. Satoshi is the bang player at last year's sbo who placed 2nd. He's that good. However I saw a lot of garbage on that stream. No concept of footsies. Just look at how many normal whiff punishes he got. Everyone in america is in a rush to hit buttons. However.. this is a good thing. It forces people to see passed the combos when they watch the replays. Which leads to the next step in the metagame; Spacing and movement. Staggering blockstrings, combos, and weird oki set ups can only go so far.
