Yeah.. he's either a high tier or low tier character by design, I guess. :[ I'm curious as to what they'll figure out with him in a few months, or if we'll just start seeing less and less of him, like with Rachel when cs came out, lol. I'd like to see how he's doing against lambda, arakune, ragna, and rachel right now.
