Last night I was playing a Makoto. They got an air throw when I was about to lose the round. I burst after the throw lands. Doesn't affect Makoto at all. :|

I was wondering the same thing, I'm going to go try it out now. EDIT: [...], 5cdc, 5c(whiff)c works in CS2. Though, timing feels a little tight. Tested on 3 DLC, Ragna, Jin, Litchi, Hazama, Arakune and Carl, so it should work on all characters.
