Same is applied to the sf community, if I remember correctly. Japan is getting SSF4AE (lol @ Accent Core like title) which N.A only has ssf4. We always have the outdated stuff, what can we do?
Only option is to move to Japan, you may fit in Japan, but a 6'0 black guy won't mesh in very well :[
