(1) Credits and returns, lol. I worked stock once while a friend did credits and returns just like you. He hated it cause customers would return broken/used things and say that's how they received it, and he would constantly have to ask the manager what to do in many vague scenarios and she would constantly get kinda annoyed at how he had to ask her so much.
