I almost never airdash hotaru anymore, I ran that when ppl didnt know better =P the first time a ragna 6a'd me out of it, I was like "ok I'm done with that, lolz". as for loloverhead: dash -> tsubaki or jump-in/airdash j.a/b -> delayed tsubaki are when you'll see it most. it has no invul so if you think its coming just stick a poke out and you'll prolly win lol.
