So far yes, i amused my self greatly beating on a few Noels who used to give me trouble back in CT. But I don't feel like I'm dominating quite like the old top tier could. I've been working hard to unlock Mu but I would probably be up for some games. Also, you should fight LukeYuriRaines he actually makes rachel look solid, it caught me off guard.
