You're mashing the j.C out, aren't you? That tends to make the input drop, so you have to make sure you know the timing. If you're not mashing it, it could be a height thing. OTG like that, I know a lot of Carl players do 3C> j.2C > j.C > 2D... but I really think 3C > 2D input > j.2Callecan > 2D Hit is better. If you're obsessed with doing it the first way, then it might help to 9j.2C. Also, I think if you jump cancel the 3C you might have problems. :] Either way it should work. Let me know if you've made any progress with getting j.C to come out. (Sorry I'm so bad at explaining stuff. After so long, I just know something should work if it feels right.)
