Yeah, us Aussies huh. So where you from? UK would probably be my first guess. And I was planning on getting the Australian 360 version (our versions lately are just PAL with the other language options hidden away) but I'm not sure anymore. These DLC delays are getting to the point where maybe the 'it's never coming' conspiracy theorists are actually right. And 'DLC PS3 gets that 360 doesn't' is boycott territory, especially since I wanted Makoto as a sub.
