[Xrd] HK System Voices

Not sure if this has been posted here before, I searched and didn't find anything. Basically I bought the HK version of Xrd on Dec 4th. I am just curious if the System Voices are both in English and Japanese. Someone told me that you get both versions when you buy the DLC from the HK PSN, but this image seems to show that you only get the Japanese voices. Can someone clarify what is up with this?

I bought the system voices from the Japanese PSN but when I switch voices to English, they're in English.
