Vlad7779311 Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 I pre-ordered my copy of Xrd from CDJapan and I also got a Vocal Collection soundtrack. I decided to listen to my CD today and for some reason my VLC media player lists funny alternate names for the tracks (Actual song name in brackets): 1. Florent Pagny - Oh Happy Day (Heavy Day) 2. Zucchero & Paul Young - Senza Una Donna (Dice) 3. Joe Cocker & Jennifer Warnes - Up Where We Belong (Shotgun & Head) 4. Patricia Kaas - Mon Mec a Moi (Lily) 5. Robert Palmer - Every Kinda People (Ride the Fire!) 6. Donna Summer - Love to Love You Baby (Birthday Train) 7. Daniel Balavoine - Le chanteur (Big Blast Sonic) 8. Claude Francois - Comme d'habitude (Coming Home) 9. James Brown - It's a Man's Man's World (Storyteller) 10. Marvin Gaye - I Heard It Through the Grapevine (Icarus) What the hell? Is something wrong with VLC Player or is this some joke? Does anyone else who also has the OST CD see these alternate titles in VLC?
Circuitous Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 VLC's likely auto-generating tags based on a search of the file against their database, because the songs aren't properly tagged on the disc.
