Hosting a netplay tournament for a friend of mines. Here's his ruleset:
 

Rules:
Bracket Rounds are 2/3
Time limit is 99 seconds
If not ready to play or does not ready up within 5 Minutes, It's a DQ
Semi-Finals and Grand Finals are 3/5

Bans:
No Game breaking glitches if any
Character restriction - None
No setup during matches.
