Do NOT mash C to get it out, all you have to do is input 214D then wait a tiny bit then press C and it should work fine. And you'e got all the time in the world to input 214A, lol

Delay/time the 6C enough for all the swords to hit, I guess

You are pressing C too late.

Ok, here's some prolly what will be bad advice, cancel into gravity fast, and not B gravity, A gravity.

1. Huh?  the last part is supposed to be B gravity right?

6B > 2C > 214D~C~214A > 6C > 236[D] > 5DD > 236D~C > 3C > 236D~214B > 5DD > 6DD > 2DD > ender 2 (4770, +36/-0)

2.. How do you timing the right timing for 214DC without meshing?   I think that part is so sensitive, if you not press fastest then it will miss!  Do you have any way to count for it?  Count 1 in your mind?  or faster ?

3. Same as the previous one,  "Delay 6C enough to hit all sword", but how do you actually count on the timing? How did you practice and how do you make it accurate?

6B > 2C > 214D~C~214A > 6C > 236[D] > 5DD > 236D~C > 3C > 236D~214B > 5DD > 6DD > 2DD > ender 2 (4770, +36/-0)

Do 6B>3C, and 236D~214A instead of of 214B, it's easier like that

You just gotta learn it yourself, lol

You can't use 214D~C until v-13's hand has touched the ground, or around there. If you input it before then it won't come out.

I've actually never recognized that visual cue, i always just wait a tinny bit then press it(Just like everyone else :P)

Thank for tip

Next i am changing from regular paf to arcade stick. I want to know which finger do you use for pressing D?

And i assume most people put it as D A B C right?

Also what setting do you set? Stick as left side analog or stock as Dpad?

I use
A B C
D
Others use
B C D
A

Use what you prefer

So do you set your stick as Dpad or as left analog?    And as that set up which finger do you use to press D?

I have it on dpad cuz im pretty sure that analog has more lag, I think.

And I use my thumb. Also, srry for going a bit off topic >_>

sorry for not asking them all at once,  but could you tell me your button config ?

I mean, my stick has 8 buttons,  other than A B C D, there are 4 more, which one do you set for which key?

The only other button I have mapped is taunt, lol

I don't use macros stick because there's no reason to, you can if you want, but that's your choice, and also, sorry for going off-topic >_>

Sorry, I didn't think at first that "How to set button/ How to press combo accurately, and /How to timing it" doesn't belong to this combo thread.   I will make new topic next time.

Currently, I changed from gamepad user to Arcade Stick user, so I have to relearn how to press everything again from start.

(I learn from how to map finger to each arcade buttons)

Anybody have double super combos? I remember seeing something like this when i was in japan    whatever > 214D~C > 6C >236236 D > 236236 D > more stuff    . Wondering if this route is more optimal than any options including RCs or 236236D > more stuff > 632146D. Although 632146D doesnt lead to great oki.

X>3C>623C~214A>2DD>6DD>2DD>632146D>663C>(ODc) 632146D

Also, you can do 236236D>run up 632146D for an easy kill if you want.

You can indeed do double Calamity Sword combos (poke's post has the correct 'route'), although overall the net gain is not too much higher than doing an optimized BnB with a super ender, generally an increase of 500 damage or so from double super. Squeezing out all the possible damage makes it hard to land double super and there are character specific delays to make sure they are at the correct height.

I don't think it is too useful because of that.

Crush trigger early combo is just as much, sometimes more than double super at the end of a combo. It would be better just to learn crush trigger routes.

What are the best crush trigger routes for nu? I only get it from a raw spike chaser for a combo starter or OD 4D.

X>3C>214D~C~214A>CT>stuff

I tried that. I cant get the timing. I could only do it by just doing 214D>214a

Posted

Once you understand the timing, it's a lot easier than it seems. You don't even need to launch with 3C to connect, 2C is fine.

xx > 2C/3C > 214D~C > 214A > CT

Basically what needs to happen is to have 214A come out near instantaneously when 214D~C connects. I mentioned earlier that there is a small period of time on 214D startup before you can input C to get short Spike. During this delay, you can start the 214 for Gravity Seed which will help you get it out fast enough. There is also a small delay after 214A before you are able to input CT.

I know about the fact that there's time to input gravity, I know that 214D~214C is a thing, as in, 214D~C cancels into gravity asap, but I just can't seem to get 214D~C~214A>CT to work, ever. Like, if you could just plink A into C, then it wouldn't be so hard. Long story short, whenever I try to do it, I end up getting 214D~214C because I inputted 214C..... pls halp

Posted (edited)

oh, you can plink it, i am an idiot, but timing is weird

EDIT: If anyone wants to know what im doing, im doing 214D~21C~4A or something like that, but basically, I press C before 4
