I know the formatting is screwy, but it's something: Using Labryz's frame editor for PC CPEX I compiled Nu's frame advantage data.

Included is extraneous information including moves from certain ranges (like 236 mid, 214d full, etc.)

Thanks Dara, I'll add it to the wiki. 

(Added, most of the data for normals was similar to the data found in 1.1: but D attacks had some noticeable differences)
