Teyah explained my point exactly=P Admitting so, I've yet to play with this. I WILL do so tonight. OKI, I often run and J.RR, FRC, this will put you on the opponents other side, FAST. Making 2D/OHK very viable, & even 3K if it actually nets the kill. =P Example- Anji B-day Cake, = 2147P IF Anji is too low during the "TigerKnee" he can not AirDash after. Example- anyone, jump, fall, low air dash. You will notice there is definitely a "No clearance" zone attributed to low airdashes. I asked about "GG" b/c this does two things. 1- makes a lot MORE moves jump cancel. 2- it lifts the air dash clearance restrictions. Funny story for our crew learning guilty Gear years ago. The first 4 months we had GG mode turned on and were doing STUPID BnB we came up with ourselves. lol Once we really looked into video's and realized noone was doing our combo's we had a serious problem.. good times.

...Also what characters do u mean, pot and jo only?

To my understanding, "Tall" characters are:

PO, JO, ED, TE, FA*onhit, DI,

I understand AN, AX, VE, & SL to be alright at some FUZZY guard set-ups.

Hmmm at max range of 6hs i can see that being good poke potential against ED, since most of his pokes will miss you at that range. Id be scared to use it against any of the others though.

I deal with alot of people that try to jump on oki and other than going low on wake up, i didnt really have much of an option. But if i were to do 6hs 28s (everys fding on their jumps against me for obvious reasons.) Would i be able to force them back on the ground and then OHK as they land?

Anyways deal with the questions from last page before this one lol If i owned a ps2 i wouldnt have to post so many questions sigh. Last page's question "However Y axis must be a min limit for the air dash, this is my next question. Does the height limitation act for the begining input for AD (meaning position at frame 1 of AD input) or once the input actually takes place (meaning position at frame 6/7[6 being the frame the input goes through and 7 being the first frame the AD actually comes out])?

im gonna :vbang: if i keep on thinking about this lol

Alright NameLessCounter- Tiger Knee'd Restive Roll, FRC, AirDash I spent lots of time with this. Yes, it does work. it can actually be done LOWER than expected. the TK needs a slight delay the opponent needs to be standing it fuzzy guards Input needs to be 923HS, 6, FRC, 6, J.K... It works on POT crouching, but why fight Pot at that range? ALSO, I perfected the Crazy-OHK set-up. FRC with P+K+S, ]K[. YAY

WWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!

i cant wait to see you own people with it. Does the last line mean u perfected the cross over also. Oh man sweet, my shitty way of doing axl bomber loop in #r is gonna pay off now. Can ya post a turtorial video or something when you have a chance for other may players. :D:toot::yaaay::toot::yaaay:

Very exciting. Kedako is gonna be learning from us now :D!

hmmm practice it last night at CTF and the timing is alot stricter than i thought it would be. Starting with 6 and flicking the stick to hit the edges of 9 and 3 quickly, seemed to give the best results. This probably doesnt help non jap stick players though.

combo into stun from a throw? jesus christ i spent some time earlier tryin some of those combos, i'm not a may vet and 6H into SVD confused the shit out of me for the longest time...i was tryin to charge 6H some...finally able to do it...sometimes but from that vid, i spent like 20 minutes tryin to do one jump installed 6P > 5S > HSVD (FRC > j.66...) man...if you learn to stun off any counter hit i can see it being rediculous, but that shit is haaaaaard edit in some training mode fun, with ideas borrowed from the vid: 6H > SVD FRC > j.H > 6H > SVD FRC > SVD > 5P > 5S (JI) > 5H > HSVD FRC > j.66 j.H > HSVD (reversed) > 5S > HSVD > Mayhound - tested on chipp, deals 380~ dmg :yaaay: double edit, more fun, this one on i-no 6H > SVD FRC > j.2H > HSVD FRC > HSHD FB > iad j.S > j.H > HSVD > HSHD FB > 5S > 5H > HSVD triple edit, since its all similiar combos this one on ky 6H > SVD FRC > j.H > 6H > SVD > 5S > SVD > 5P > 5S (JI) > 5H > HSVD FRC > j.66 > j.H (crossup, land on other side of ky) > SVD > 5P > HSVD > Mayhound > HSHD :yaaay:

ty for vid link, great combos something of note It may be a matter of just how you time HSVD, but 6P > 5S > HSVD automatically jump installs for me, might have something to do with the up motion of the HSVD so I don't know if its a bug. Tested in training mode and versus, may just be a console thing.

I was recently messing around with some combos with May, and I created a pretty hurp-a-durp combo that's about 25-50% tension on middle-weight characters.

(near corner):

5H>623S >FRC > delay >5S >5HS >SVD > >5S >5HS >HSVD.~299 damage on Anji (punishing Fujin)

after this combo,It leaves you in a pretty good position to set-up the HS dolphin hoop for okizeme.

EDIT: Tested it on May, Bridget (floaty bitches), just need to omit the first SVD FRC, and it pretty much is the same.
