Is he what the Master has been searching for? With a strong mix-up, huge damage and (essentially) the ability to do chip damage, even while the Master has his Barrier up, how can a few insects possibly hope to keep up? Discuss this here.
Lajin Da Great Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 after that thing about Arakune's "2B" was posted in the Jin thread, im starting to realize how good this move is. It also stuffs Ragna's 214A. Hella usefull against Ragnas that try to use 214A to get pass your cloud and curse zoning or trap setups. Imma def do more looking into 2B because this move gets around a lot of things.
Kajoq Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 Its also a decent anti-air for some situations. And i've also found it useful for breaking out of Carl pressure strings because it will hit the puppet out of its startup in the holes of the blockstrings

Tronzilla666 Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 Hehe to beat Ragna is make sure when he is cursed you play out throwing bugs otherwise you may get DP. Try to knock him away and get him cursed because once he is in it can be troublesome to knock Ragna away.
shyo Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 alright, maybe someone can give me a few tips here. i have loads of trouble beating good ragnas, they rushdown me until my guard is broken and i cant do anything but pray, i've tried everything, even IB doesnt help everytime. running away like a sissy and throwing out clouds seem to help, but that cant be the solution. am i missing something here?

Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 arakune's airs are mad good, ragna hates dives, bait ID with barrier blocking, and when you curse him zone the shit out of him. its really simple, ragna's job is to make sure you don't curse, i'd make a write up but that would make my ragna life less curse free.
