bucklemyshoe Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 press any 2 attack buttons (besides dust or slash and heavy slash) plus back at the same time. A green ring should appear around you.
Chainsaw Guitar Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 Why didn't you just read the instruction manual?. :/
Skurai Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 i came here thinking i was requested =/ Haaaah! I always wondered what those rings did, that defended and such. And "any attack" that isn't slash, high-slash or dust... isn't that "Hit Punch and Kick"?
Osuna Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 Haaaah! I always wondered what those rings did, that defended and such. And "any attack" that isn't slash, high-slash or dust... isn't that "Hit Punch and Kick"?That's how I do it, but you could use slash or hardslash, just not slash And hard slash.
Skurai Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 That's how I do it, but you could use slash or hardslash, just not slash And hard slash. Oh, I get it now! You can't use the two TOGETHER. I thought they ment you can use either of them period.
qwerty Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 PROTIP: faultless defense while holding 7 to perform a one frame jump. you can tell when you get a one frame jump because the dust animation that happens during a normal jump won't happen.
IDontHaveAName Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 qwerty: I don't get it, please make an example. from my point, you FD an attack, while ur character is still in FD animation, ur holding 7 to do the 1 frame jump?
Digital Watches Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 No, you're just canceling your jump startup with FD. That is, you can't jump while in blockstun, but you can FD while in jump startup, and the game resolves that as canceling your jump startup, but just putting you in the air.
IDontHaveAName Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 thanks.. is that how the 1 frame jump is done?
