Optimal Character Distributions (with science!)

The flowing charts are generated using the algorithms described in this YouTube presentation. The charts represent the optimal distribution of characters played in the strongest possible community. Basically, your local scene should have this distribution if it wants the highest chance of beating any newcomers or visitors to your scene.

So even though Leo and Potemkin are typically low on tier lists, it's good to have a high amount of them in a community according to this. Is it because they're strong at lower levels of play and taper off at the highest level?
