Growling Singer in GG + BB

For those who have heard the songs "Worthless As The Sun Above Clouds" and "Black Onslaught", you can hear a man singing in a low growl. But, my question is...who is it? I've seen the name somewhere before, but I have no idea where, and I do not remember. Can someone help me with this?

The vocalist is Yoshihiro Kusano. He also does the backround vocals for Guilty Gear Isuka.
