Yeah, Clash causes a long clash pause effect on both players. Not sure if this is a game-wide pause or if projectiles can continue to move during it (I would bet they do).

Clashs seem to give you a huge tension bonus. If you just clash together a string of moves, both players will soon have full tension.

I'm a little confused about SJIing.. So you don't install the actual super jump, you normal install another move and then cancel it into a super jump? Does is matter what direction the normal install is in?

If I understood that correctly, that's pretty freaky

What about superjump install? Are you talking about JI superjump, or "installing" superjump state into a move that leaves your airborne? Two different things.

What would installing a superjump state do? AFAIK you can't do it, because you wouldn't be able to double jump or anything (if you super jump, then you have no double jump).

AFAIK, all you can do is superjump after some install, thus you get a super jump with a double jump. I think if you did a SJ as your install, it would just act as a normal JI. I'll test when I get home I guess.

OK, so I can do a super jump with a double jump if I'm just standing next to the guy (ji.c.5S > f.5S > SJC > 8) (I'm using Anji, BTW) but if I try out of Issei Ougi, I run up, ji.c.5S, but then when I hit Slash again I do a j.S every time. What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: BTW, if you do a SJ as your JI, it registers it as if all you did was a normal JI. I think that's what you predicted anyway ;o
