Yeah I was wondering did you deleted my post? Sorry if it was in the wrong forum but since it was a stupid question I naturally thought of posting it here lol Sorry.

Er, I've heard Roman Cancel has quite a lot of good stuff like articles, etc etc but I can't seem to find them...

May someone guide me where I can find a list of all the materials in RC.com? Thanks.

P.S: Am I stupid or what?

Yeah this is the gameplay forum, I guess I should have specified that this is the thread for your stupid questions related to the gameplay. It's okay though, I mostly deleted it to trim the thread down (good lord have I been deleting posts a lot today).

I think you need to register and be logged in to see any of the material on RC. Just log in and hit the 'Content' tab.

I have a swap disc and a slide card, and it's extremly easy to use and get, only problem is you have to manually startit up each time you want to use it,it's no problem though takes less that 10 seconds.

I have a flip top but have no idea who to set it up,so I just use normal ps2 and swap disc works graet for me.Though if you can get it chipped I'd recomend that instead.

Edit: little slow there gwrgyn beat me to it.

I'm pretty sure the question had been answered before in the general forum as well, I know we've been over the modding PS2s thing already.

I'm a bit irate lately, as you may have noticed. We need a 'stupid questions' thread for the guilty room as well.

Millia has never been ranked below mid-tier in any GG so far. (Well maybe Isucka, but nobody cares about that game)

The most recent Arcadia tier list had her tied at #5/6 along with Dizzy, which made sense. #3 is a bit of a stretch though. To me, this seems to imply a flawless offense... which is not too realistic. Once she gets in she's scary, yes, but getting in itself can be tough as Millia's (ranged) ground game is not the greatest, and she requires pin to be any real threat from the air.

I made another stupid question thread...shoulda been made sooner.

Hopefully that will keep things tidier.

I would fully agree with millia being No.3 aswell.

not a stupid question but i searched for the #R data about ratio damage and related stuff and i didn't find it :(....my stupid qt is, where can i find that lol ?

We've gone over that before a million times,it's the results from people put together too determine the final tier rankings for reload...I think it's accurate far more accurate than the previous one.

Question:

There are times when it's better not to tech and just fall to the ground... Right?

IF so, what are the times when it's better to fall to the ground?

Thanks!

It's called selective teching.

Basically your anticapating that your opponents tech baiting you and you tech at a later time to throw them off.

But to not tech at all and give your opponent a free knockdown isn't very common but it can be a good idea in some rare cases but its...kinda suicidal.

If you have a perfect wake up move like bridget you could purposley not tech at all to fool your opponent into thinking they got lucky then wake up starship frc and combo if possible.

Or just in general your getting beatin badly and your opponet...say it's jam,and she's nailing with js and airthrows everytime you tech,so you purposley give your opponent a knockdown which you assume there gonna try and capatlize on giving you a possible oppourtunity to counter....it's really risky and very situational.

It's very useful in a situation like Pote VS Jam where she's already done a long juggle. If Pote techs, Jam just gets to poke and throw him some more. If you fall to the ground... well you just eat pressure, which at least gives you the possibility to get away safely sometimes.

Usually if I'm up high, I will let myself get close to the ground and then neutral tech. Works pretty well.
