poiyo Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 I know this has been discussed before but what do you usually do after a blocked C tackle? 5C doesn't work, iad throw is too slow, 2D is pretty unsafe because if Lambda doesn't dash back then Jin is toast. She's wearing down my primers so fast >< I've been spamming ice blades to keep them from using tackle though. Also, I've been punishing her DP with 3C, is there a better way? Thanks in advance.
xlolxlolx Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 her dp is a poor man's dp, you can hit her out of it with 5B and get counter hit if you see them doing the tackle charge w/e its called...
Ashen Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 To stop her from backdashing after a blocked C tackle just 2D it a couple times. She'll learn not to backdash and then you can just do whatever you want after. You have to condition them not to backdash it.
shtkn Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 that sounds very risky. wouldn't a 6C be a better choice as a backdash punisher? it'd touch them if they decided to block, but it would lose to her dp, super, and maybe if they superjump. oh yeah and to random mash. a 2D would lose to all of those things too, but it'd also lose to just blocking and other jump option. you'd also be in crouch counter hit state for the whole time. her B and C tackles have startup before the hit actually comes out so you can hit her out of the tackles. i think that'd be your best option to stop a tackle happy lambda. you can actually 6B over lambda's B tackle.
