Pardon the necrobump but according to NeoGAF there's a rumor that this game is going to be re-released in HD on XBLA, possibly for PSN as well.

i'd be surprised if capcom would reacquire the license to the JoJo franchise just for re-releasing this specific game. a man can dream, though.
