If she can get Tager in the corner she can do said loop 10 times and get around 65XX damage off of it. It nets her 66 heat so that end damage is with the Big Bang Smash included. Timing is really strict on if from what I've read but I haven't personally checked it out yet. People are already calling her A tier but.. we all know how people love to jump to conclusions. Wasn't Ragna top tier in the first speculated CT tier list? As it stands right now, I think she's fine to be included but it is only day 2 (3?). Give it a little more time before its settled I'd say. Or just keep her in until something game breaking if found? Oh man, I remember when Tager was considered GOOD and Nu was only mid tier. That was WAY back when. But yes, the real problem is how many PS3s would have the character, that's why I'm iffy on letting her on, and also the fact something stupid might come up [like a 100% loop]. Who knows? Personally I'd LOVE to have Makoto in the tournament, I'm just trying to look at it from a professional standpoint

Also, I find that adding her to tournament is a great way to find out how broken she is/isn't. I remember when Akuma was actually still allowed in HDR tournaments and it wasn't until Damdai went to NEC and said "Akuma is broken and I will show you why" and proved it and then Akuma was banned ever since. That's my standpoint on the matter. Also, Makoto and other DLC characters will be added on to the later revision of the BBCS arcade version with balance changes. tl;dr: Give her a shot and decide from there.

Shit was fucking hilarious. But then again, that was like...a couple days post release like ~3 years ago. No tourney had HDR yet. She doesn't look that dangerous. Ide rather face her than a good bang/litchi anyday.
