Zreb told me and i edited the post, but thanks anyway But yeah, I've enjoyed the BB and SF4 matches a lot. Enjoyed some MVC3 matches a lot, but not most of them. zong vs biter, spark vs jan, lk vs uh..xie?'s plat, up there with the awesome poongko and juicebox and latif matches IMO.

Mightfo Posted July 31, 2011 Author Posted July 31, 2011 oso there was a TON of not just burst baiting, but counterassault baiting zong actually did a lot of that himself, it was impressive, though yeah he got baited a lot at first..was sort of predictable with his bursts early on against..biter, IIRC

Mightfo Posted July 31, 2011 Author Posted July 31, 2011 bb has also had some awesome footsies, mixup, etc, simply pointing out baiting defensive options doesnt do it justice i dont really agree with "marvel has been hype all day long." I tried watching it at several points earlire today in brackets and it was pretty boring, even when I tried to ignore the fact that there was so much wolverine and akuma which is fairly routine. The marvel matches in the last 2-3 hours have been consistently good, though. But like noon to 6? Eh.

Mightfo Posted July 31, 2011 Author Posted July 31, 2011 (edited) did not see daigo match. also, didnt he get knocked out anyway? i saw part of one round in tokido in marvel and got bored, enjoyed him decently in bb though noah was entertaining but after 1-2 matches it was fairly predictable. impressive as hell kid, though. he seemed to hit confirm in one match better than fucking sf players trying out sf x tekken "LOL WHOOPS LAUNCHER ON BLOCK" i did not see much phoenix destruction until later, and that was pretty cool but *shrugs* Combofiend comeback was cool, but xfactor makes it a lot less cool. mvc2 ogs have been pooped on before You can name things all you want, but nothing you say can magically change my experience and make me say "Oh, you're so right oso, all that BB i watched just didnt compare to the marvel I watched" i've watched a bunch of marvel the last 3 hours, but it just wasn't as hype to me. it was good, though. i fucked loved one part where a uh..dormammu? air grabbed a desperate dante as soon as he teleported, though. very nice. Mightfo Posted July 31, 2011 Author Posted July 31, 2011 also, a bit surprised that the main stream hasnt hit 45k viewers like it did last night.. i guess that is something that indicates sf4 is still bigger than marvel? :1 I wonder how many sf players will actually move to SF x tekken from SF..some people think it will be just like SSF4-SSF4AE, but I really doubt that since SSF4AE and SF x tekken are so different.

You would think when someone says "eh BB" and after i say i didnt see much i would expect a"Oh thats why. . . . he didnt even get to see much of the BB stream".
