Mightfo Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 lol at starting 3 hours late when there were open setups lol at like only 3-4 matches in one hour after it actually began when there were unused setups Wanted to see Pozerwolf vs Kenneth(Pretty sure they said kenneth) but it didn't come after 20 minutes sooooo left. Rest of quakecon looked nice, though. And it WAS a free tourney, so you get what you pay for, I suppose.

iw2ma Posted August 16, 2010 Posted August 16, 2010 Well Pozer and Hsien just split the pot if they were the 2 Grand Finalists, which they were, so they just split the combo of 1st and 2nd. Jan got 3rd........ I got 4th. Staying up til 6 to get 50 bucks is better than staying up til 6 am to ALMOST get 50 bucks. GGS to both Hsien and Pozer, Ragna rape is what I expected and it's what I got lol, close games every time though. Didn't get to face Jan at all but whatever. The tournaments in general weren't ran that well at all, if this wasn't free i'd actually been annoyed but since it was I didn't care really. I personally got deleted from the T6, SC4 and BBCS brackets by someone and it took all they got to get me back in the BBCS bracket without the computer exploding. And don't even get me started on what happened to the SF tournament, that was hilariously bad. Buuuuut Quakecon in general is awesome so that distracted me a bit.
