I bet they submitted code for AC+, then after they submitted decided to do ACR. But AC+ is so deep in the submission process it some how makes more sense to do ACR as patch. Maybe there are cancellation fees?

The bigger question is this "PS2 code" nonsense. Are they saying that xbla/psn AC+ will be like the ps2's AC+, or are they saying that the port of AC+ is built from the ps2 code of AC+, bugs and speedup included? And if they are using the ps2 code as a base for ACR, then does that mean ps2 speed is the right speed now, or did they fix that?
