ObviousNerd Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Hey, So i just moved recently and I am out in the Gaithersburg location. Used to play third strike, Guilty gear #r and Ac+. (do people still play those?) Is xandu the only place to go for some matches or do you guys still meet up for casuals at houses etc. Heard there was a place in ballston but it got shut down after the cabs broke, real shame. Anyways lemme know whats up. Rusty as shit but once i get my BnB back all the gimmicks will come easy.
4r5 Posted April 22, 2013 Author Posted April 22, 2013 Guilty Gear still gets play. Third Strike, not so much. For 3s, you'd have to prob hook up personally with the players. If they're stilling playing, not to sure about their status. I try to have GG at Xanadu every Friday. House sessions sometimes happen. Check first post, hi, welcome, etc. You may want to look into an EZ-Pass, otherwise getting to I-95 will be insane.
Koozebanian Fazoob Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 You can take 124 up to Olney and then follow 108 all the way over to 32 and then head north on I-95 from there. It's slow but it avoids I-95 and you don't need an EZ Pass or anything. Alternatively you can take 27 up to I-70 and just follow that all the way to I-495. I-70 is always super light on traffic and that's the way I take when I'm coming from Gaithersburg. GG on Friday this week as usual?
