So anyways, I think it was NerdJosh, on the stream said something like they still making a new guilty gear even though they said they weren't, insider info etc. I think GG is wholly owned by Ishiwatari, so maybe even though ArcSys aren't making a new GG, Ishiwatari is. That CCG/FPS Guilty Gear may come sooner than we think. I can't wait!

Huge FPS enclosure with mousestick and truncated keyboard, plus those fancy surfaces that reads the physical positions of your cards. It would be the most expensive cab in the arcade.

So, the way I see it, for the new GG CCB/FPS game works like this. You buy cards, and then you insert the cards into slots in the cab to give you abilities, right? So not only do you have to build a deck to be any good, you have to pay 100 yen each time you play, and the cab might (read: will) eat your cards.

This sounds like the most hardcore evil game platform in history.
