BagLunch Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Hard mode in this KH PSP game is basically about this: most enemies you pound the X button or the triangle button and they die. From time to time, there are enemies like the fat dudes before you hit level 8 or so, and most bosses, which have some attack that can kill you nigh-instantly. The attack probably won't kill you in a single hit, but you'll be locked in hitstun and eat some more hits that will kill you. If you're lucky and they are just far away enough, the hitstun might decay and you can mash dash out of it. If you aren't lucky, you just die. But besides those attacks, most enemies cannot actually kill you if you have any kind of healing, because you heal so darned much with each heal. So I guess what I'm really saying is that it's just like Vampire Rain.

Just imagine what an incredible metaphor the heap is! Once you pop the root node, the entire thing has to be reassembled! The skip list would probably be Slaughterhouse-Five.

Also mvc3 looks like it's got more canned relaunch combos than melty blood has j.BC j.BC airthrow. Even Haggar relaunches with the zangief dwarf toss!

Mike, since i sent you a bit more than i sent most of my guests!) my parents and some of relatives elsewhere said that they already got theirs, and I was just wondering about you guys. i suppose even if you haven't, could i get a rough show of how many people were thinking of coming? just to refresh everyone's memory, it's on Sunday, March 27th, in the afternoon (ceremony is at 12:20, reception at 1:20 at the same venue). my wife and i are at the stage in the planning where we are sort of playing "travel agent" for our guests, since most people have never been to Tokyo before, so this is a good time to also talk with you guys about what to do, where to stay, etc. I included an email address in the invitation card, so you can email me there or at my MSN address, which i check everyday, if you wanna ask me something. and again, i just wanted to say that, although it'd be nice to have you guys come out, i realize that it's far away, and that the end of March might not be convenient (esp. for university students!), so it's perfectly understandable if you can't make it out. we'll make sure to get lots of pictures and try to have most of the reception recorded, so people who couldn't come will be able to at least watch it.

Superking™ Posted January 11, 2011 Author Posted January 11, 2011 I still don't know why I preordered Arcana Heart 3, I have like absolutely zero interest in that game. Now for dat marvel on the other hand, I've already booked a vacation day on Feb 15th, I haven't done that for a video game in like forever.
