Because the 2C 214A~C~B right at the beginning requires the opponent to be about max range from you to link, and if you meant anywhere in a combo, I'd say input the 214A~C~B when the opponent's height is about as high as your shoulders, and the deadzone differs based on hitboxes, the shoulder is the most efficient height with the best results tho since too high may make the second 5C whiff or 5B.
