Pretty sure previous GG iterations had level 0 moves, most of them being P moves Edit: Never mind, there are some moves with 0F hitstop but those are special I think, not technically level 0. I guess levels are different now?

Sorry, but this is incorrect. There's a reason why Slayer sucks against Pot and not against any other character. It's because no other character can render Slayer's pressure absolutely useless. Edit: Actually, hold on a sec. Your statement is correct, I need to clarify that Pot can punish Slayer only because most of Slayer's pressure involves links, not gatlings. Only Pot can take advantage of the gaps in the links effectively. Slayer is actually safe on block on pretty much everything he does, it's just that he can't continue attacking. Yeah, I kinda messed up there, sorry
