I don't know if Joe has mentioned this to anyone else, but we've got a pretty sweet location to plat FGs, and it's gonna get a lot sweeter in the new year. Means I sometimes play BlazBlue, and Guilty Gear, I'd like to extend an invitation out to you guys to come and play with us. That place sounds pretty good. I would definitely love to see this area have a more official gathering set up. Especially in a weekly or bi-weekly format. As for a day to run things on. Friday and Saturday afternoons/nights have been the best for everyone. And by everyone I mean me LK and Joe as we're like the only ones who post here. (Ed still refuses to register here D=) Just give post up info like set-ups and any sort of venue fee and the like.

As far as setup, we're getting some (I think four was the actual number?) monitors to play on, of the Asus variety. Chairs, tables, all that boring shit, and I think two CRTs. We'll also have a Versus City Cabinet with 3rd Strike. We don't have a definite date for when everything'll be finished in the new place... probably a week or so into January. Venue fee (sadly, there needs to be one, he's gotta pay for the place :[ ) hasn't been decided, I'll have to get back to you guys on that. If there's enough interest, I'd even be interested helping run a monthly tournament or Ranbat.

The problem is almost no one comes out for BB, GG is a different story though. We should see how the first month goes and start hyping the place up. And just see how many people we can get interested in it(as well as posting in this goddamn thread!) Some friends and I have been working on getting streaming equipment together for Body Shop Saturdays. I'm sure as long as no ones using it we could use it and get our shit streamed and thus build more hype and get more Philly area players out.

HD capture equip has been on my wish list for a bit now, but car problems have really fucked me over in that regard. I'm pretty experienced with capture/streaming, so I'd be cool with handling all that. Get as much interest as you can with this The skys the limit. I'd love it if this place got as big as some of the other places on the east coast for fighting games, and we definitely have the resources. This place is as much yours as it is mine, so like I said- this can grow as big as we make it.

I've got one of these Hava recording/streaming devices, a component cable splitter/amplifier, and a small assortment of cables here that I've used to occassionally record gaming stuff. Edit: Now that I'm looking through my shit, I'm pretty sure I've got enough stuff here to stream game video. Messed around with Ustream a bit, and got it to interact with my hava through some secondary screen capture software. I think I'm going to play with this a bit more.
