I know there was never an official Marvel Vs. Capcom 3,but however i've seen that some people made Marvel Vs Capcom 3 using Winmugen software and i was wondering could you send it to me or tell me where to download

Pretty sure that's just a Screenpack/Lifebar add-on thingie rather than a complete game. Mugen Guild might know, and if they don't look up Mugen Intel.
