Characters that started off top tier never ended up anything less than mid tier. It's safe to say he will be good, even with new stuff found (unless, of course, if that new stuff is Ara-specific infinites).

I saw Valk's bullshit and I was just like "FUCK BEING FREE" Then we got a double down. It was fucking awesome.
